Payment methods

An individual can make a cash payment with us at the till up to a total amount of 1,160,000.00 Serbian Dinars per year. With this method, there are no transaction costs.

Individuals wishing to purchase investment gold or silver with a value greater than the stated amount can make a direct payment to our dinar account at Raiffeisen bank, account number: 265-2510310000245-24, or through a payment institution authorised for payment transactions, with mandatory proof of the origin of the funds. This payment method incurs a transaction fee in the form of a commission.

Private individuals who have funds in a dinar current account can make cashless transfers of funds from their personal account to our business dinar account via a mobile app – instant payment or via a computer. The transaction cost for this payment method is symbolic.

Payment cards cannot be used for payment, the reason for this decision is that the costs of payment transactions carried out in this way are higher for the recipient of the money than their profit margin.
